Privacy

How we handle your information.

This notice explains the information used when you browse My Clean Lines or prepare a cellar assessment.

Draft for review — enquiries are not enabled

Please check the partnership’s controller arrangements, lawful bases, provider transfer safeguards and the six-month deletion process before approving this notice for live enquiries.

Who is responsible

My Clean Lines is an independent introducer to DING. Reclaim Group is a partnership trading as My Clean Lines. It operates this website and decides how personal information is used. You can contact us about privacy at Privacy@mycleanlines.com or by post at Reclaim Group, Unit 8A Brookland House, Yeomanry Road, Battlefield Industrial Park, Shrewsbury, SY1 3EH.

What we collect

If you submit an assessment request, we collect your name, business and venue names, email address, telephone number, venue postcode, preferred contact method and the number of locations you tell us about. We also collect the calculator figures you enter for each venue, the resulting estimate, your DING sharing choice and the version of the notice shown when you submit.

We record the first page you visited, a referral site where available, and any campaign tags in the link. We use a keyed hash derived from the request IP address to limit repeated submissions. Old rate-limit records are removed when new submissions are processed. Hosting providers may also process technical request and security logs.

The calculator can be used without submitting an enquiry. A PDF report is generated in your browser; we do not receive the optional venue name you enter only for that PDF unless you also submit an assessment containing it.

Why we use it

  • To calculate and show the illustration you request.
  • To record, review and respond to an assessment request you choose to send.
  • To consider a DING introduction and, if suitable, share the relevant enquiry and venue figures with DING after you agree to that sharing.
  • To protect the form from repeated or abusive submissions.
  • If you separately allow analytics, to understand page and calculator use so we can improve the site. We do not send your contact details or raw venue figures to analytics.

We rely on legitimate interests to answer requested business enquiries and protect the form: responding to people who ask about the service and keeping the site secure. We rely on your consent for sharing enquiry details with DING, recorded by the form checkbox. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us before an introduction; withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful use. Analytics relies on your separate consent. Agreeing to a possible DING introduction is not consent to marketing, and we do not use this form to sign you up for marketing messages.

Who receives it

Our hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the site and store enquiries. We use Supabase for enquiry records and GoHighLevel for contact and opportunity management. An authorised My Clean Lines person reviews requests. We do not automatically send your personal information to DING; a suitable introduction may be made after review and your agreement. DING then handles information it receives under its own privacy arrangements.

Google Analytics is loaded only if configured and you select “Allow analytics.” Supabase and GoHighLevel may process information outside the UK. Their published data processing agreements describe safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and the UK transfer addendum. Contact us for details of the safeguards that apply to your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry, consent and CRM records for six months from the last contact, then delete or anonymise them unless a legal obligation or active dispute requires longer. Technical logs are kept only while needed to operate and protect the site, subject to the hosting provider's settings. Browser session data is cleared when that session ends. Your analytics choice is stored on your device until you change it or clear browser storage.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses session storage to remember the first page, referral and campaign tags while you browse. If analytics is configured, local storage remembers your analytics choice. Google Analytics is not loaded before you allow it; if you allow it, Google may place analytics cookies. You can decline or reopen “Analytics settings” in the footer when analytics is available. You can also clear browser storage using your browser.

Your choices and rights

You do not have to submit an assessment request, but we need the form details to respond to one. You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or ask about erasure, restriction, portability or objection where those rights apply. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

You can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests. We will consider your objection under the applicable law.

The savings estimate is an illustration based on the figures entered. It does not make an automated decision about your eligibility for DING or any agreement.

Draft prepared 6 October 2026. A publication date and version will be added after approval.
