Our guarantee page
The promise is DING's. Check its terms.
DING currently advertises a three-month money-back promise. Your rights, notice period and refund arrangements depend on the written agreement DING offers your business.
Before you decide
Read the promise and the agreement together.
DING's public promise describes its offer in broad terms. The specific agreement for your venue is the document to read before committing.
Three-month period
DING's public page describes a promise during the first three months. Its linked sample hire agreement defines a three-month cancellation period from the agreement date.
Written notice
The linked sample agreement says cancellation during that period requires seven days' written notice. Ask DING to confirm the notice and refund process in your own documents.
DING is responsible
DING is the equipment and service provider and the other party to the customer agreement. My Clean Lines introduces venues; we do not issue or administer the promise.
Our role
An independent introduction, clearly explained.
My Clean Lines helps explain the potential commercial case. A suitable introduction to DING requires your consent and a confirmed assessment request.
