One venue only. Lost beer is valued at your stock cost. Labour and consumables use your per-clean inputs. This excludes any installation, deposit, pre-clean, tax or other one-off costs. The 28-day cycle is illustrative and must follow DING's site-specific instructions and your supply agreement. No saving is guaranteed.
