Beer kegs and dispense lines in a British pub cellar

For independent UK pubs and hospitality venues

Stop pouring your profits down the drain.

Weekly beer line cleaning could be costing your venue more than you realise. Discover how the DING system could reduce beer waste, cut cleaning time and help your business retain more profit.

My Clean Lines is an independent introducer. DING supplies, installs and supports the system under its own customer agreement.

The financial problem

What does every line clean cost your bar?

Beer left in the lines, staff time and cleaning supplies are all part of the bill. Put your own figures into the calculator before deciding whether a change is worthwhile.

Less beer wasted

Beer in each line can be lost during a clean. The amount depends on your line length and process.

Fewer cleaning sessions

An approved longer interval can free up staff time for work elsewhere in the venue.

Reduced operating costs

Fewer cleans can reduce stock loss, labour and supplies. DING rental and running costs must be deducted.

Beer in the line + staff time + cleaning supplies = the cost of each clean.

Weekly versus 28-day

The same cellar, on a different cycle.

A weekly schedule means around 52 cleans a year. A 28-day schedule means around 13. The 39-session difference is an illustration, subject to DING's instructions for your venue.

Current weekly cycle52
Proposed 28-day cycle, if approved13

Weekly cycle

  • 52 cleans a year
  • Saleable beer pulled through every week
  • Staff time for every session
  • Chemicals and supplies for every session
  • Cleaning squeezed around busy trading weeks

28-day cycle with DING

  • 13 cleans a year
  • 39 fewer pull-throughs of paid-for stock
  • Fewer staff hours spent cleaning
  • Fewer cleaning supply cycles
  • A predictable, scheduled cellar routine

The 52-versus-13 comparison assumes a current seven-day schedule and a DING-approved 28-day schedule. Actual cleaning requirements, savings and suitability depend on your installation, operating instructions and any supply or tenancy agreement.

One venue only. Lost beer is valued at your stock cost. Labour and consumables use your per-clean inputs. This excludes any installation, deposit, pre-clean, tax or other one-off costs. The 28-day cycle is illustrative and must follow DING's site-specific instructions and your supply agreement. No saving is guaranteed.

The product

The DING beer line cleaning system.

DING combines a device fitted to the cellar with its Elimin8 cleaning powder. Together they are intended to support a longer interval between full line cleans, where DING approves it for the venue.

The DING device

DING describes its cellar device as using electrical pulses to limit build-up in the lines.

The cleaning cycle

A 28-day routine may follow DING's initial pre-clean and site-specific instructions.

Elimin8 powder

DING supplies its own cleaning powder for the instructed full line clean.

Direct DING agreement

DING provides the equipment and associated services. My Clean Lines would arrange a suitable introduction with your permission.
