What the DING system does in your cellar.
DING describes a device that sends electrical pulses through beer lines to slow build-up. Its Elimin8 powder is used for the full line clean. Together they are intended to support a longer interval where DING approves it.

This plain-English description draws on DING's public material. DING's current written instructions and agreement take precedence for each venue. Its Smart Dashboard is described as an optional upgrade, not part of every installation.
The customer process

Start with your figures
Enter your line volume, cleaning frequency and costs. The calculator shows a transparent illustration, with DING costs left blank until quoted.
- STEP 02
Prepare your request
Review and copy your venue details. Where live submission is available, you can choose to send the reviewed request for follow-up.
- STEP 03
DING assesses and proposes
Once an introduction is arranged with your permission, DING checks the cellar, compatibility, cleaning requirements, pricing and agreement. It confirms what installation would involve.
- STEP 04
Follow DING's instructions
If you proceed, DING supplies and supports the system. Your team follows its written pre-clean and ongoing cleaning routine.
