Everything below is written for UK venues and uses plain commercial language.
The system
DING describes a cellar-fitted device used with its Elimin8 cleaning powder. DING supplies the equipment and associated services under its own agreement. My Clean Lines introduces suitable venues and helps explain the commercial case.
No. DING's process still includes full line cleans using its cleaning powder. An initial pre-clean programme may apply before a longer routine begins; follow the current written instructions for your venue.
That depends on your equipment, line layout, cellar conditions and agreements. A DING assessment should confirm suitability before you commit.
Cleaning interval and quality
No interval should be assumed without an assessment. DING advertises a 28-day process, but your actual routine must follow its written operating instructions and any brewery, tenancy or supply agreement.
Ask DING what checks, servicing and support are included in your quote and agreement. Its Smart Dashboard is described as an optional upgrade, so do not assume it is included in every installation.
Review your tie and cleaning requirements before changing the routine. Bring the agreement to the assessment so DING can consider it with you.
Costs and results
Ask DING for a written, venue-specific quote covering rental, cleaning powder, support, deposit and any other charges. Our calculator deliberately leaves DING costs blank until you have that quote.
No. The calculator is an illustration based on the figures you enter. Actual stock loss, labour released and commercial benefit depend on your venue and agreement.
DING currently publishes a three-month money-back promise. Eligibility, dates, refunds and cancellation are governed by DING's current written agreement. My Clean Lines does not provide or administer the promise.
Assessment and support
This site lets you review and copy a summary, but it does not yet send, save or share it. Once secure enquiry delivery is available, My Clean Lines can review your figures and, with your permission, introduce a suitable venue to DING for its own assessment and terms.
DING is the product and service provider. Confirm installation timing, service scope and response arrangements in DING's current written proposal before signing.
We are an independent UK introducer, not the manufacturer, installer or equipment supplier. Any equipment and service agreement is between your business and DING.
Still deciding? Start with the numbers.
The calculator shows where beer, labour and supply costs sit. Add DING's quote for a net illustration.
