One venue only. Lost beer is valued at your stock cost. Labour and consumables use your per-clean inputs. This excludes any installation, deposit, pre-clean, tax or other one-off costs. The 28-day cycle is illustrative and must follow DING's site-specific instructions and your supply agreement. No saving is guaranteed.

How we calculate it

Every assumption is in view.

This one-venue model compares your current schedule with an illustrative 28-day schedule. DING confirms whether that schedule applies after assessing your cellar.

Stock cost avoided

Active lines × your pints held per line × fewer annual cleans × your beer cost per pint.

Labour released

Fewer annual cleans × your staff count × hours per clean × hourly cost.

Net benefit

Add stock, labour and consumable savings, then deduct annual DING rental and running costs from your quote.

Starting values are an example, not a statement about your venue. The model does not include deposit, installation, initial pre-cleans, tax or one-off costs. It does not use DING's approved sales methodology. Results are illustrations, not forecasts, quotes or guaranteed savings. Follow DING's current written instructions and your supply or tenancy agreement.
