Gather the operating inputs
Count active dispense lines and connected kegs separately. Measure pints of beer displaced per line during a clean. Record the current number of days between cleans, the staff involved, hours spent and the actual hourly cost to the business. Add chemicals and other consumables used per session.
Use beer cost per pint for the main stock calculation. Selling price is shown as an alternative possible revenue view. If the venue cannot sell every saved pint, the sales figure will overstate the commercial outcome.
Read the comparison in the right order
The calculator estimates current annual cleaning sessions and compares them with an illustrative 13-session schedule. It then shows potentially avoided beer stock cost, labour and consumables separately. These are gross components; the result only becomes a net estimate after both quoted monthly DING costs are entered.
The model does not include installation, deposit, initial pre-cleans, tax, financing or any change to beer demand. It is not DING's approved quotation method and does not guarantee savings. If a cost is included in the written quote, enter zero rather than leaving it unknown.
Take an estimate to an assessment
Keep a copy of your inputs and discuss the result with a product specialist. A site assessment can confirm line layout, appropriate cleaning instructions and actual charges. My Clean Lines is an independent introducer; DING supplies the product and gives the customer agreement.
Use your venue's figures
Compare cleaning waste, staff time and supplies. Add DING's written costs before reading a net estimate.
Sources and review
Calculator assumptions require venue and DING quote verification.
